A Love Note From Yoga…

Come home to me
And I will put your feet back on the ground
And if the ground isn’t where you long to be
We can improvise
Sweat is sweet
But silence is golden
Whichever one cleanses the palette
Come home to me
And I will hold you where you need to be
I am malleable through time
Shifting not breaking
When you don’t want to
When the grass looks greener
When you have aged
Come home to me
From here we take root
And from here we grow
It is not necessary to do anything in particular
There is no way you should feel
Sit or stand
Sway or be still
Sing or listen
Come home to me
As you are
