Welcome to my diary in real time. This blog started off as an evolving collection of my personal thoughts & stories regarding life, love, yoga, growing up, sobriety & more. I grow, so does this space. During the day (and during many evenings, too,) I am focused on my day job as the founder, owner, and educator at my Yoga/Pilates/Barre studio in Connecticut. When I am not doing that, I am an unapologetic advocate for Judaism & against antisemitism via my personal social media platforms @phoenixmatarazzo for instagram. Most importantly, I am a mother, wife, daughter, and friend a friend would like to have. My words come from the heart, and I am grateful for this space and to those who have come to listen.
